HIFT integrates two popular fitness, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Functional Training, which improves your body for tasks it performs every day without getting injured. Working in multiple planes of motion strengthens and conditions the whole body, from knees and ankles to shoulders and hip. HIFT improves cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Most importantly you seldom get bored as exercise keep changing.
